Reflection on the gender and collaborative agency articles

Please take some time to read through both attached articles. Do a discussion on human characteristics such as personality, gender, race etc. as it pertains to Leadership. Additionally, the author’s define agency as well as collaborative agency. The leadership process is normally depicted as linear between leader and follower, although it might also be recursive and bidirectional. What are your thoughts on having a diverse team regarding human characteristics and it’s implications on leadership style? Do you or have you ever had a preference to work with or for a man/woman and why? The collaborative agency process article is more dense but it expounds on concepts of democratic leadership and it’s implications for the human experience. What are some example of share leadership as exemplified in your work experiences? Does this create competitive advantage or erode the efficiency of having one leader?
